These Terms of Service govern your use of Spurkcrowd. By accessing the platform, creating a fundraiser, donating, subscribing to a plan, or requesting a withdrawal, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies.
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, password security, and activity performed through your account.
Campaign organizers must provide truthful information, use funds for the stated lawful purpose, maintain appropriate supporting information, and avoid misleading claims. Spurkcrowd may review, restrict, suspend, remove, or report campaigns that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the platform.
Donations are voluntary payments to support a fundraiser. Donors are responsible for reviewing campaign information before donating. Spurkcrowd does not guarantee that a campaign will reach its goal or that an organizer will achieve a particular result.
Platform fees, payment processing charges, withdrawal fees, holding periods, and plan benefits may vary by subscription tier. Current values are displayed on the pricing, checkout, and account pages. Paid plans continue for the purchased billing period. Unless recurring billing is expressly offered at checkout, renewal requires a new payment.
Successful donations may be held for review, payment settlement, risk management, refunds, disputes, or compliance. A displayed release date is an estimate and does not guarantee immediate availability. Funds become withdrawable only after release to the available balance. Withdrawal requests remain subject to method limits, verification, fees, and review.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may depend on payment status, processor rules, campaign circumstances, and applicable law. Spurkcrowd may reverse balances or restrict withdrawals in response to refunds, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or payment disputes.
You may not use Spurkcrowd for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, hateful, abusive, infringing, sanctioned, or otherwise prohibited activity; impersonate another person; manipulate transactions; misuse donor information; or interfere with platform security.
A verified badge indicates that Spurkcrowd completed the review available at that time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee, or promise regarding a user, organization, campaign, or use of funds. Eligibility may depend on the active subscription plan.
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, delay releases, or restrict transactions when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, respond to legal requests, or reduce risk.
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Spurkcrowd is a technology platform and is not responsible for every statement or action of campaign organizers or donors. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page or support ticket system.
