My mother is one of the most loving and caring people I know. She has always been there for our family, giving us her love, strength, and support whenever we needed her. Now, she is facing the hardest battle of her life.
My mom, who has never smoked, is battling Stage 4 lung cancer and brain cancer. Hearing this news changed our family’s life forever. She is going through treatments and facing difficult days, but she continues to show incredible courage and strength.
As her family, all we want is to be by her side and give her every chance to keep fighting. Unfortunately, the costs of cancer treatments, co-pays, medications, hospital visits, transportation, and other medical expenses are becoming overwhelming.
The last thing I want is for my mother to worry about how she will pay her medical bills while she is fighting for her life. She deserves to focus on her treatment, her recovery, and the precious time she has with the people who love her.
